Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of californiapaverscape.com (the “Website”), which is operated by California PaverScape Construction (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed California contractor (CSLB Lic #1138921). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The Website is not a contract for work
The Website provides general information about our company and services. Nothing on it is an offer, a bid, or a contract. Work is performed only under a written agreement that we and you both sign, and that agreement controls over anything on the Website. You can verify our contractor license at any time on the California Contractors State License Board website, cslb.ca.gov.
2. Estimates, prices, and timelines
Sending an estimate request through the Website does not create a contract or obligate either of us. Descriptions of services, example costs, schedules, materials, and results on the Website are general and may not apply to your property. Final scope, price, materials, and schedule are set only in your written agreement, after we have seen your site.
3. Information and articles are not professional advice
Blog articles, the chat assistant, and other content are for general information. They are not engineering, architectural, legal, or other professional advice. The chat assistant replies with preset answers, may be incomplete or out of date, and its replies are not binding. Soil, drainage, local codes, and permits vary by property, so decisions about your project should be based on an on-site evaluation.
4. Photos and examples
Photos and videos on the Website are examples. Actual results depend on the site, materials, and design. Some images, such as photographs used to illustrate blog articles and some decorative images, are stock photography and may not show our completed work.
5. Reviews
Customer reviews shown on the Website come from independent platforms such as Google and Yelp and reflect the opinions of those customers. Excerpts may be shortened for display. Those platforms have their own terms, and you can read the full reviews on them.
6. Brands and logos of other companies
Names and logos of manufacturers and suppliers shown on the Website belong to their owners. We show them only to identify materials and products we use. Their appearance does not mean that those companies sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with us, unless we say so.
7. Using the contact form and communications
When you send a request, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are at least 18, and that you own the property or are authorized to request work on it. You agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for anything unlawful or misleading.
- Submit false information or information about someone else without their permission.
- Send spam or use bots or other automated means to submit the form.
- Try to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its security.
- Copy or scrape the Website at scale, or reuse its content for another business.
9. Ownership of content
The text, design, logo, and original photographs on the Website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
10. Links to other websites
The Website links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
11. Disclaimer
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always current.
12. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the Website or from relying on its content. These limits apply only to the Website. They do not change any written agreement for our services, and they do not limit rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under California contractor and consumer protection laws and through the Contractors State License Board.
13. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the Website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
